AMR brings over 35 years of experience in the oil & gas and power generation industries, with multiple strong technical foundations in Process, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, handover and start-Up related to Oil & Gas downstream and upstream fields.

In his roles, AMR worked over 26 years overseas for several multinational EPC contractors in several countries located in Europe, Asia, Middle east and North America as commissioning and start up Manager including, performance tests, 6 months operation, process troubleshooting and turnarounds support.

His Field of experience focuses on the commissioning and start-up strategy, breakdown the project to systems and subsystems, support project planning, to set the priorities to push the pre-commissioning (PRE-COM) and commissioning (COM) progress overlapping safely with construction.

Amr building and Leading PRECOM/COM professional multi tasks team within his organization to perform safely the required checks and tests until  the full project is handed over to client, including conformity checks, leading Electric and Instruments (E&I) team, static and rotating equipment’s, heaters, and solar systems installation and PRECOM/COM electric and steam heat tracing.

Under Amr role and experience as process Senior Matter Expert (SME), TES leverages decades of field proven knowledge to support engineering team, clients with complex process systems in new projects or revamps and troubleshooting, always prioritizing safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
