Glenn brings over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas and power generation industries, with a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering related to HRSG and OTSG technology, solid mechanics, and process optimization. 

In his role at TES Group Inc., Glenn leads operations, steering project execution, engineering, manufacturing, and delivery.  His mechanical expertise and deep understanding of power‑generation systems ensure TES consistently delivers reliable, efficient, and code‑compliant solutions.

 Glenn’s background in both engineering and business development enables him to bridge the gap between technical demands and client needs: optimizing project scope, coordinating teams, and ensuring robust execution from basic design through to commissioning.

 Under his leadership, TES leverages decades of field‑proven knowledge to support clients with complex thermal systems, retrofits, and pressure‑equipment requirements, always prioritizing safety, performance, and regulatory compliance.
