Marc Chalifoux brings hands-on experience in project management and execution support within the industrial construction sector. At TES Group Inc., he plays a key role in supporting the delivery of complex projects by working closely with engineering, quality, and field teams to ensure work is planned and executed effectively.
Marc’s responsibilities focus on coordinating scope, schedules, and site activities, while supporting alignment between planning requirements and field execution. Through close collaboration with project stakeholders and construction teams, he helps ensure projects progress safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical and quality standards.
Through his involvement in projects that require close coordination between execution teams, including collaboration with DCM Group Inc., Marc contributes to integrated project delivery while maintaining a strong TES-first focus on performance, reliability, and client outcomes.
